About BPG

BPG is a property developer based in Solihull and founded in the 1980s. The company’s portfolio includes mixed-use residential schemes across the UK, with a high concentration of projects in the Midlands.

BPG developments

Dungannon House is a BPG development on pretty Vanston Place, a cobbled quarter in the middle of sought-after Fulham. With its lilac-hued exterior and glass balconies, the property is an ultra-contemporary contrast to the area’s surrounding Victorian architecture. It’s less than a five-minute walk from Fulham Broadway station, which is serviced by the District line.

Dungannon House has an onsite porter, so residents have help with everyday tasks like taking in parcels and making reservations. You won’t find any leisure facilities here, which, considering the Fulham price tag, could be something of a drawback if it wasn’t for the plentiful amenities on the doorstep – including a luxury David Lloyd fitness centre four minutes’ walk away.” – HomeViews Property Pro on Dungannon House

Great place

The outside is a bit of an odd colour but it’s very nice inside

Please tell us what you like and dislike about this area:

Super quiet and lots of places to eat and drink

Please share one thing (or more) which you wish you had known before you moved in:

Every flat has wooden floors so noise carries
