The design of the house is perfect, very spacious and well thought out. Lovely big rooms and bathrooms with a storage cupboard too. Huge windows that let lots of light in. Very appealing from the outside with high spec looking windows.
Unfortunately we have had problems with getting the snagging list completed (9 months in and still things outstanding)
The area is lovely, within walking distance to canal and town centre. Plenty of shops and supermarkets within walking distance/short drive.

The development is very impressive but the property management, particularly getting the snagging list sorted is shocking. We get passed from pillar to post and it’s very very hard to get anything sorted. The wait time is very poor and it has tainted our experience as first time buyers.
The local area is lovely. There are nice pubs and shopping is very convenient. There are transport links in convenient places so it is easy to get about.
I just wish we knew how difficult it would be to get things sorted.
Very slowly. We have to chase things up and it’s hard to get the work done. For example, the kickboard is under the shower is still missing after being in the house for 10 months!
