Annington reviews

“The flat is awesome. Everything is high class and modern. It is also so well designed and so spacious!! And it has lots of storage space. I could never imagine so anything else like this in London. I also got a large balcony with a stunning view.
Another great thing is pets are allowed. I am planning to bring my dog and my cat from Romania. It is just so nice living in a place like this as everyone can have their pets and the building is full of life.” – Verified Resident on Pinpoint

Good place

The sports centre for residents could be open longer as it is hard to go during the opening times. The fittings feel low quality, and we had to change a lot of the things in the flat ourselves. The flooring was not completed and we had to do it ourselves. The price was quite cheap and the size and design is good, practical with good storage. There’s allocated parking and a bike shed. There’s no need for a concierge service as we have the codes for flats.

Overall fantastic

Really love the flat overall! The only slight complaint I have is the neighbours can be pretty noisy at night with music and parties, and with that cigarette smoke can sometimes come in through the windows… which isn’t nice for us non-smokers. I did complain about the noise, but there has been no response yet… but it’s difficult to enforce anyway when people own their own place…

Please tell us what you like and dislike about this area:

Uxbridge is a great town to have just a couple of mins walk away! It offers great shops, cafe, and restaurants, and the whole place feels safe, even at night.

Please share one thing (or more) which you wish you had known before you moved in:

Not really. We love this place just as much as i thought i would

How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:

Did complain about the noise, but there has been no response yet… but its difficult to enforce anyway when people owe their own place…

Uxbridge Gem

Very good. Responsive on site staff, great location. The flats are great quality and new. It is very close to town.

Cons- noyt 24 hour concierge, no free parking, but cant expect everything i guess

Other welcome additions would be some social space, co working areas etc

Please tell us what you like and dislike about this area:

Area is close to tube and airport, Ideal for commuting but also in a tranquil location

Disappointed

The unsafe place to live, counting the days to leave, I thought will be the best.
With CCTV not working, my bike was stolen and the image is not good, besides you need the key fob to access 2 doors, 1 gate, 3 CCTV on-site and nothing stop them. Ask to provide any footage or access reading, no response. Gates not working or opening nor closing. Dirty place inside the building and outside. To make it a little safer I installed CCTV in my flat as well as doors alarmed, the only way I feel safe.

Please tell us what you like and dislike about this area:

Location is perfect. But need a lot of improvement.

Please share one thing (or more) which you wish you had known before you moved in:

Failure of Security problems.

If there is one thing you would change about your flat or property what would it be:

Make it safer, and look after the good tenants. Keep the communal areas clean.
