Fantastic Home!

The house is well designed and build quality is very good. It’s great that there is parking space for 2 cars so your visitors can park easily. There were minor issues when moving in but have been resolved quite quickly. Keria is excellent in the day to day management of the property and responds promptly to any queries. It would be an improvement to have a path leading to the garden shed which is placed at the rear of the garden instead of walking over the grass.

Please tell us what you like and dislike about this area:

Great field/park with a nature reserve is directly opposite the development – perfect for dog walking! Apley Woods is a 10 minute walk away. A huge Morrisons supermarket is a 4 minute drive away and a smaller Morrisons Daily is within walking distance. Don’t use public transport but have noticed that there is a bus stop 5 mins walk away. Bin collection information on the residents app is extremely useful.

Please share one thing (or more) which you wish you had known before you moved in:

It would be great if the washer/dryer capacity was larger especially for a 3 bed house. Also, 1 drawer in the kitchen is not enough!

How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:

Any issues raised were dealt with promptly by Keria.

Lovely house! Friendly and Efficient Support Team! Highly Recommended!

The design of the property is well thought out with a very sociable layout. French doors lead from the lounge into the garden which works well when entertaining guests, particularly in the summer. Property management is second-to-none. Joe has been there every step of the way, guiding me through the rental process, which is extremely efficient with everything done online. Nothing is too much trouble and he is always friendly and helpful. If you’re looking to rent a property, don’t look any further!

Please tell us what you like and dislike about this area:

The design, layout and open spaces within the development are excellent. The street is spacious and the houses have off-road parking for two cars. The facilities are five minutes away and include a children’s play area, Co-op, cafe/restaurant, working space, gym and schools.

Please share one thing (or more) which you wish you had known before you moved in:

If I had known the benefits of renting a home at The Pavilions, it would have saved me time on other viewings.

How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:

The building management team dealt with a few initial building snags immediately.

Great development for our young family

Property management is great. We are in contact with our property manager and contact them whenever there is an issue. And by and large, things are sorted out very quickly.

The homes are well designed for new builds, and are large in comparison to other new builds that we viewed.

Please tell us what you like and dislike about this area:

The development has a well stocked shop on site, aswell as good restaurants. The open spaces (as a dog owner) are very appreciated, and continue to improve as they settle.

Our street isnt complete yet, so the road isnt tarmacced yet, but the builders have put some tarmac so that the transfer from road to drive isnt as dramatic as it was.

Public transport is a bit of an issue. There is only 1 bus that runs through the estate every half an hour. But if you arent relying on public transport, then this estate is perfectly located.

Please share one thing (or more) which you wish you had known before you moved in:

I would recommend saying hi to your direct neighbours, as this makes things alot easier if there are any issues etc.

How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:

Problems and issues are resolved in a very timely manner and any complaints we have have been listened to and dealt with appropriately.

Nice and modern, clean home, worth to move here

I am rather satisfied with the property. We have moved into a brand new and clean development.The management is also quick to respond if repairs are needed.I like the modern solar-powered solution and application-based access control system. For me it is important that the building are pet and family friendly. This is an absolute positive.

Please tell us what you like and dislike about this area:

The area is very nice and tidy and we have moved into a brand new apartment. There are facilities for recreation, a shop close by and playgrounds for the children. There is also a school and a nursery school. For me the negative is that the highway is noisy and the construction is loud but these are tolerable.

The management is also quick to respond if repairs are needed.
