The apartment is well furnished, good lighting. The supermarket is a 5 min cycle away. Nothing happens when there are problems in or outside the building. It would take this company months to deal with a problem, leading to us losing money. The best thing is that this place still has a city feel even though is right next to Hackney Marshes. The communal park near the canal is also really beautiful. I consider this developer/company to be the worst in London in terms of management.

The flat is too small here, 2 bedrooms for 6 people and I have had to do all of my own repairs, the developers have done repairs wrong in the past. There is only one storage cupboard which is very small.
The security here is terrible the front door is broken, drug addicts come door to door asking g for money and he has been known to attack people.
There is a problem with the electrics box where there is water leaking into it which is obviously a big fire hazard.

The flats are amazing and spacious. They are sound proof and you can’t hear the neighbours which is amazing. The only down fall is that you can’t hear each other in the other rooms.

My house is really nice, modern. I love my balcony and the view is great. Rooms are leaky spacious and the building quality is perfect. We have a nice communal garden for networking with neighbours but most of them are not so friendly. Unfortunately, parking is not great, bI problem with free parking space.
