There is no tube walking, shops are not that bad, but in terms of night life is not much fun arround and it’s a bit dangerous

That I couldn’t make any barbecue I think it’s the thing that I miss most with a such beautiful balcony

It is close to Vauxhall station and this is what I like the most. It is close to Sainsbury ‘s where I love , under 10 minutes walk only.

I wish I had known about the rubbish collection facilities. It is well designed compartment.

A2Dominion the property manager have been considerably infuriating to deal with however. Their package delivery locker location is moronic and has been demonstrably impossible for delivery services to find. This has led to multiple instances of packages being stolen from the entry hall of the apartments in the Redcliff Quarters complex, and instead of taking responsibility that their design and approach for where storage lockers are, the A2Dominion management group has refused to take any real action.

I strongly recommend against going with furnished apartments and instead sourcing your own furnishing. A2Dominion does not supply the furnishing themselves, which are minimal at best (you’ll regret not getting your own mattress), and downright defective at worst. The glass kitchen table that they supplied had a manufacturing defect causing the glass to give out and shatter in the middle of the night – either it was a manufacturing defect or the apartment is haunted by ghosts since the apartment complex is built on Roman burial grounds.

Redcliff location is very convenient, central, but away from most of the noise and commotion of other central locations.

That the apartment’s zip code hadn’t been listed and the package locker was downright impossible to find, leading to multiple missed deliveries, stolen goods, and an overall infuriating move-in experience.

How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:

Slowly and with poor transparency. You have to consistently badger A2Dominion to receive any assistance and get things done.

Lovely area with great amenities close by. Everything you need within walking distance. Sometimes the street is quite smelly which is not not very inviting and the tube stations could be a bit closer.

Flat is very warm and well-insulated, never had to use the heating up until now.
