New BTR operator Apo partners with HomeViews

Brand new BTR operator Apo – which stands for ‘a-part-of’ – has launched its first site in Barking. Apo has partnered with HomeViews in order to collect detailed resident feedback and gain unique insights into BTR competitors. A second location in Kew is coming soon, offering a similar layout of furnished apartments, coworking space, roof terrace, on-site bar, resident events and more.

Apo is a new BTR platform created by award-winning developer Ecoworld. It offers a membership system to Londoners in search of a more flexible way of renting. Leases are flexible, apartments can be upgraded or residents will be able to easily switch locations between different Apo sites.

Residents also get to customise their perks. This means they can add or remove services like housekeeping or gym membership, giving more control over their costs.

As with most BTR developments, community is also a big part of the Apo offering. Plenty of shared spaces allow residents to connect easily, while social events and local artist displays give plenty more excuses to make new friends.
