HomeViews H1 Headlines 2022: The year so far

The first half of 2022 has been a busy time at HomeViews. As review coverage continues to expand and visitor numbers show consistent growth, the platform’s industry insights and partnerships packages have developed alongside the HomeViews team and its expertise. We take a look at some highlights from H1 2022 and preview some key events in the coming months.

HomeViews site traffic up by 55% year-on-year

Visitor numbers on the HomeViews site have continued to grow in the first half of 2022, with a 55% increase overall compared with H1 2021. In particular, the site’s authority on Google has seen impressive grown, with visitors from online searches increasing by 68% year-on-year.

New and improved Partner portal Dashboard launched

Developers, housebuilders and housing associations partnering with HomeViews were given a new and improved dashboard earlier this year, providing simple, instant access to their review data and industry benchmarks. The new interface added new features including the ability to select any time periods, better measure portfolio performance, filter data by resident type and age, and a keyword search function to better track resident sentiment.

HomeViews Engage Package offers better access for non-partner companies

HomeViews has launched its Engage Package to provide developers with easier access to their development pages on the site, allowing them to more easily collect and respond to resident reviews. The Package also also allows companies not currently partnering with HomeViews to better understand what the Partner Portal Dashboard can offer.
