Build to Rent Awards 2021: Top 10 National Developments (350+ units)

HomeViews announced the winners of the 2021 Build to Rent Resident Choice awards at the UKAA Build to Rent Fayre in London on November 16th. For 2021, two Top National Development Awards were given to larger developments of 350 or more units and smaller developments under 350 units. Here we take a look at the winner and nine other top-rated Build to Rent developments of 350+ units.

Awards criteria

HomeViews Top Development Awards listings are calculated by taking all BTR developments on HomeViews.com with 20+ resident reviews received between 1st January – 17th October 2021. The winner and Top 10 rankings are based on the overall star ratings the buildings achieve. This star rating is an average of the five main review criteria on HomeViews: Design, Location, Management, Value and Facilities.

The annual HomeViews Build to Rent Awards are the industry’s only ‘resident choice’ awards, calculated purely on verified resident ratings for their developments. This provides the most accurate picture of the industry’s top performers. These best-practice examples are essential for raising standards across the sector, as well as celebrating its key successes.
