HomeViews has published a ranking of the Top 10 Build to Sell developers in London, as rated by verified residents. The 2020 rankings provide an update on the rankings HomeViews first published in Property Week in 2019.
Berkeley Homes lands the number one spot in our 2020 ratings. Part of the wider Berkeley Group, Berkeley Homes has achieved remarkable ratings from residents at developments such as Kidbrooke Village and Royal Arsenal Riverside.
97% of over 350 Berkeley Homes owners said they would recommend the company. This is a remarkable achievement given that reviews were submitted from across 17 different developments.
Winners of multiple HomeViews Awards in 2019, Anthology also secures a place in the top three for 2020. Developments such as Hoxton Press and Deptford Foundry have achieved consistently glowing reviews. One resident at Deptford Foundry summarised her experience of buying an Anthology home:

A developer ranking algorithm was created by HomeViews for this Top 10 list of London developers. This algorithm includes a wide range of extra information from reviewers that HomeViews does not publish on its main web pages. Developers partnering with HomeViews are able to access this additional data, including review categories such as buyer status, customer service, delivery timetable and aftersales care.
