The latest figures from the property search engine Home.co.uk tell us the current rental average for the aera is around £1,750 PCM. Although rental averages fluctuate slightly based on daily recalculations, they are a helpful guide. As of October 2023, you can expect to pay £1060 PCM for a one-bedroom home, increasing to around £4,531 for five bedrooms.
