Frederick House is a Savills rental development within the overall development of Bath Western Riverside, located close to the centre of Bath. Taking fifth place, Locking Parklands by St Modwen Homes in Locking, Weston-Super-Mare lies close to the Mendip Hills. Residents say that the development is away from the hustle and bustle but close to the beach, countryside, the M5, Bristol and Bath. Closer to home, residents benefit from living in a ‘clean and tidy’ community with lots of open space, an on-site primary school and an upcoming secondary school and surgery.
Endsleigh is an exclusive collection of three, four and five-bedroom houses in Bath, located in the elevated position of Lansdown. Reviewed into sixth place, the development features a park with a play area and plenty of benches for the adults to enjoy the local landscape, a small supermarket, primary school, lots of parking and a bus link into Bath. You’ll find train services in Worle or Weston-Super-Mare a few minutes away, with a bus service regularly operating nearby.
