According to Zoopla, Derby average house prices for the past 12 months (up to August 2023) stood at around £231,000. This is a full £75,000 less than the £306,000 average house price for England recorded by the ONS in June 2023. Looking at semis, terraced houses and flats, Derby becomes an even more attractive prospect, with cheaper prospects aplenty.
