However, the developments below are ranked according to value ratings only. We’ve also only include developments with 20+ reviews in the list to ensure that these ratings reflect the opinions of a significant number of residents. The star ratings you see next to each building here are for the overall scores, but the list is based on value scores only.

Residents at Hoxton Press rate their development as offering the best value in London, giving it a strong 4.55 rating. Hoxton Press is the regeneration of part of the old Colville Estate by developer Anthology. It comprises a selection of one, two and three-bedroom apartments and penthouses for sale. This scheme is located in the heart of Watford’s central business district, making it is a short walk away from Watford Junction station and providing an ideal base for commuters. Euston is also accessible in as little as 14 minutes. Greystar’s Sailmakers scores an impressive 4.52 for value, placing it third in our list.
