At the top of the ratings list we find Elephant Central by Get Living, located right in the heart of London’s Elephant & Castle. It’s a Zone 1 location with great connections to the City, Oxford Circus, King’s Cross and walking distance to London Bridge, Borough and the South Bank. There’s a mix of, one-to-three-bedroom apartments, duplexes and penthouses available fully-furnished, with superfast WiFi included and pet friendly. Residents have access to a Club Lounge and kitchen, as well as the Sky Courtyard. There’s also a Sainsbury’s and Gymbox right on the doorstep.
Taking second place in Southwark is L&Q at Elephant Park. A key part of the area’s extensive regeneration, Elephant Park offers buyers a range of stylish one or two bedroom Shared Ownership apartments, starting from a 25% share. Rounding off our Southwark list, Peckham Place by Notting Hill Genesis sits on Queen’s Road, Peckham.
