More restaurants are coming to life in the area, most of them are italian food, area is lovely any day with special events around, but noise levels are quite low cause no big traffic or road close to the flat with close distance to lots of green spaces and parks

FIV development came with basement parking and gym that can be used for all residents with outdoors gaming zones for children.
