There’s two different supermarkets only 5 minutes away, and the town centre is a 15 minute walk away. Great location!

Please review your development:

Fantastic communal areas, the lobby is beautifully decorated. The canal is growing beautiful flowers, and there is a lovely memorial bench too. There’s communal waste bins in basically every corner of the parking garage, so you don’t have to travel too far to put your waste away. Could do with a bigger gym, but it’s never been crowded.

Please share one thing (or more) which you wish you had known before you moved in:

Thanks to the walkthrough of my flat and the communal areas, I wasn’t surprised by mostly anything.

How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:

Any issues or problems are immediately resolved, and I’ve never had to wait more than 24 hours for maintenance to come over to my plat to help.

Good proximity to some Co-op grocery stores, a pharmacy and the health center. Also a stone throw from the train station, tram station and bus stop! Very strategically located in Nottingham city without the downsides of the hustle and bustle of a city.

Perfect 3 Years

Review Date Jun 2023

I’ve lived here 3 years and it is absolutely perfect in most ways, close to train station, bus and tram stops and a short walk from town center. Never had issues with neighbors or management, however the road can sometimes have speeding cars and quad bikes. Bring a fan if you live south side of the building as it gets unbelievably hot in summer but those are only small issues.

Please review your development:

Management has always been so polite and helpful from small things like when i once got forgot my keys inside the apartment to fixing anything broken at a reasonable time. Having access to the bin at anytime works with our schedules. Its easy to reach out to management too through a provided online portal.

Please share one thing (or more) which you wish you had known before you moved in:

We have an apartment facing the sun all day and it gets unbelievably hot in summer, we have a fan now but didn’t for the first summer when we moved in! Have a fan or an air con unit

How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:

We had a broken radiator last summer and they quickly responded and had someone come take a look to when I was convenient to us. Always quickly respond no matter the issue.

Fantastic building in the heart of Nottingham

Saffron Court’s biggest strength is its location in the heart of Nottingham. Being next to the train station, it is properly in the heart of the city. Bars, shops and transport is well within walking distance. Nottingham town is on your doorstep and Nottingham’s sporting stadiums, football, cricket and ice hockey are a stone’s throw away. Even West Bridgford is a short walk or a few bus stops away. A bad aspect of this is the traffic noise from London Road. However, this feels as mitigated as possible by the construction.

Please review your development:

The management team have been superstars in every interaction I have had with them. The gym and internet that comes with the rent has been fantastic and I have no complaints. I don’t need a separate internet contract nor do I need to visit another gym. Waste management and building communication is also handled professionally.

Please share one thing (or more) which you wish you had known before you moved in:

I wish I’d knew how loud London Road would be. However, I can imagine it being anything different at another property so it’s not much of a criticism. I am concerned about the building work that is about to happen on London Road but, again, what can a person do in such a busy part of Nottingham?

How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:

Yes, they have been quick to respond and successful in their help. I have no worries when it comes to maintenance etc
