The location is excellent, very quite area with amazing landscape. ASDA and lidel hypermarket and Mast and rigging restaurant were just on the door.
Medway universities campus is just a cross the street. And commuting to London was not difficult either as the rail station was also at a conveniently walking distance and the fast southeastern service ment that I can reach zone one within 35 mins. The dockside outlet and St Mary’s island were also of a walking distance.
The kids loved the outside area where the used to play in a safe environment covered with CCTV

Please review your development:

Me and my family are grateful for The Way of Life for making our 1 year stay in Medway a great time to remember.
The building is in excellent shape, safe with regular maintenance. The WiFi was excellent and for free. The furniture offered was of very good quality and the extra amount we had to pay was reasonable. The most important thing was the responsiveness of the staff to whatever we needed and being helpful at the most difficult times when we were just moving to the UK, they were always providing everything they could and more.
For me, I used to commute to London easily from there without having to live in London and paying a massive rent for much less quality and value.
Although this is a huge development, it was very calm and safe for the families.
For me and my family we will not think twice about returning to the kell if the chance pops again

Please share one thing (or more) which you wish you had known before you moved in:

One of the positives about The way of life management is the transparency and honesty that made us acknowledged about every tiny detail

How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:

Although we did not face any major issues during our stay, the staff was doing amazing job to make us feel supported and welcome in the development

Not awful, could do better.

The area is great for grocery shopping. If you wish to do something outside of that you will need to drive or use public transport.

Please review your development:

The development is ok. It could do with a face lift however as it is looking very very tired. Amenities are non existent in comparison to the Way of Life’s other offerings.
Surrounding area definitely needs more things to make it a life or even comfortable. No guest parking which is so awful.

Please share one thing (or more) which you wish you had known before you moved in:

That it’s not that great. I wish I’d never moved here from similar developments in prime locations. This is not. The docks make it impossible to sleep at night.

How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:

Takes days. Sometimes weeks to get a response from the landlord.

Such an ideal place to live, so many shops around and gyms around here, not too far from the station which is so convenient for people working up London! A lot of places to eat and have a drink as well, especially the pub opposite the building, the mast and rigging.

Please review your development:

The development is perfect. Good car park, bin room has a lot of bins, the event room (roof top) is nice and cozy and good for a gathering.

Also, there is a bike storage for people with bikes that is so convenient so you don’t have to take your bike that’s been getting dirty from outside into your flat.

Please share one thing (or more) which you wish you had known before you moved in:

Hmm, everything is pretty much up to scratch so not too much to worry about.

How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:

So well, they fix the problems so fast! For example, out window wouldn’t open, they came and fixed it the next day.
