Location is really good. Close to tube station and bus stops. All necessary shops nearby with pubs and restaurants close by.

Please review your development:

Apart from the location there is no good aspect. Poor facilities and management along with bad planning. There is also lack of security. No emergency facilities available for example plumber. Lack of communication some times from the building management.

Please share one thing (or more) which you wish you had known before you moved in:

About the security of the building and management services.

How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:

Emergency services almost not there. Also for any repair service they demand money which should not be the case.

All types of local shops and great food around. Easy to access and close by. Parking available but extra charge.

Please review your development:

Design is amazing, flat and common spaces are designed well. It would be great to have a gym in the building. And maybe a small games room for common space would be a great addition for everyone. Loads of space otherwise. Waste management is also decent.

Please share one thing (or more) which you wish you had known before you moved in:

There’s gold gym near by which has swimming sauna, steam and a spa as well, which is just amazing. If I knew that, it would have made me decision for One lampton even more strong

How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:

They have responded quickly and kindly, always helpful.

Pros: Convenient location – near high street shops and supermarkets
Near tube line and train station

Good design of building and apartment, but not very high quality and durable.

Not many facilities, but that is not a problem for me as I do not need them.

Parking is not free

Building is generally well maintained and property management is good

Please share one thing (or more) which you wish you had known before you moved in:

Didn’t expect how noisy it would be
Lots of noise from the high street, even at night during the warmer months

How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:
