Great location, nice development with high build quality and amenities

– Fantastic location, 2 tube stations in ~10 mins walk
– Gyms, supermarkets, a nice bar and a pub very close by
– Very quiet street (even though Camden road is just close by)
– Lovely garden/communal space
Bad:
– Building management functions very poorly, but on balance its better than other building managers in London

– Flats very well designed, under floor heated, top class amenities (bathrooms etc.)
– All flats have outdoor space attached
– Large communal garden and bike store
– Great community, nice people in the building (lots of tech workers from Google and Meta)
– Generally the building is well maintained (gardens, communal areas etc.)
