Lot more amenities than other places in Manchester however slow repairs and budget could be used to improve garden . Needs better security

Please review your development:

Similar outside design as most Manchester flats however inside has a good design . They is a lot of effort on the reception area smelling nice. More space depending on the apartment rooms. Garden near gym could be improved as it’s the same look as when the building opened.

Please share one thing (or more) which you wish you had known before you moved in:

The delay in problems with the flats could be faster too and fixing of old sockets.

What is the best feature of your home:

The amenities and balcony are the best parts. However the walls are weak or thin

It is an up and coming area but parking is an issue, we cannot park on the street
Huge issues with bin collections
Some residents can cause antisocial behaviour
Not much traffic noise

Please review your development:

I think local crescent in general is a beautiful establishment. Looks good most of the concierge is friendly. Spa is good so is gym and other features. However the management needs to improve their communication and service charge problems. The cinema room also has issues

Please share one thing (or more) which you wish you had known before you moved in:

That the service charge was extortionate and there are some management issues

What is the best feature of your home:

The lobby in block b looks really good and it’s a nice place to relax

Good apartments let down by property management

Review Date Apr 2024

The local area is great. Stone’s throw away from most shops, bars and restaurants. However, very busy to drive and difficult or pricey parking.

Please review your development:

Good development with nice apartments. Gym has a broken water fountain and instead of fixing it, was just taken away. Letting agent and property management is very poor compared to other buildings. False promises were made in order to sign contract regarding parking. Much more difficult to work with than other developers such as Vita or Saville.

Please share one thing (or more) which you wish you had known before you moved in:

Parking situation. Property management team being such a letdown too.

How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:

Respond quickly but are difficult to work with. They make you pay even for the smallest damage in compared to other developers.

Beautiful design but the garden in the centre of block B looks neglected

Very well connect not to busy, walking distance to the city Center and a lot of transport , is not to noisy

Please review your development:

Beautiful design but the garden in the centre of block B looks very ugly and neglected, and the pool area would be more beautiful if it had a darker and more relaxing hue, also the key of the people who live in block B should give access to be able to open the door of block A and C just as people who live in blocks A and C have access to open the door of block B to be able to enjoy the facilities, They need to fix the intercom, also I would like to be able to open the door to my visitors from my apartment and last It would be nice if you extended the schedule in which the roof terrace is open since especially in summer the neighbours like to sit there at night

Please share one thing (or more) which you wish you had known before you moved in:

Nothing in specific I was very well informed before moving

What is the best feature of your home:

The two bathrooms, and the different lights around the living room area
