Very quiet and safe, the community is nice, not too crowded, theres a market and parking available along with other facilities

Please review your development:

Very good design the kitchen and living room are quite large and spacious. There’s a large balcony with a view on the street, The rooms are also quite large and well positioned. The bathroom is great and has a bathtub. The house also has a laundry room and a wardrobe.

Fizzy Canning Town ( the old building) is in a very convenient location but I am feeling the location is not very safe.

Please review your development:

I have lived there for nearly 3 years and the whole management service level is decreasing. I am no longer feeling supportive. (1). fizzy is advertised as dog friendly, but the sky garden in Fizzy Canning Town does not allow any pets in. (2). The maintenance service is poor. My flat kitchen floor tile was damaged because of the pipe flooding in 2023 October. it’s been nearly 5 months, and no replacement part coming and I am worrying that I need to continue living in a damaged flat for another 6 months. A quality living space is very important to me.

Please share one thing (or more) which you wish you had known before you moved in:

living quality and a repairs and maintenance service is very important.

How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:

very slow. After 5 months kitchen floor was damaged because of the pipe leaking, an issue has not been solved. There is a delay. i don’t know why

The property is minutes away from everything one needs – groceries, shopping entertainment but equally far enough away to avoid noise etc

Please review your development:

I have just moved in and Melanie has been an absolute superstar from start to finish! Very efficient, professional, informative, helpful and going above and beyond to make it as smooth as possible. Please give her a raise, certainly well deserved. 🙂

Please share one thing (or more) which you wish you had known before you moved in:

How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:

Building and property management have been amazing! Really helpful with everything and made my moving in day a walk in the park!

I have been living in the area for over 2 years now and at One Eighty Stratford for a 1.5 years and have been very happy with it overall.

Please review your development:

It is safe and convenient with the station very close by. The station, banks, gyms, supermarkets, mall, cinema are all in very close proximity making it a wonderful surrounding to be a part of. Special mention to Melanie, Dan and Tamas who are fabulous in the building management making everything a smooth and seamless process.

Please share one thing (or more) which you wish you had known before you moved in:

Book a viewing in advance with Mara and Melanie and you will definitely be good to go!

How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:

I have had a lot of tenancy related issues – tenants changing and change of apartments – all of which was handled wonderfully by the building management even though none of it was a smooth sailing process! Melanie, Dan and Tamas are incredible! I have also faced a washing machine issue that was resolved quickly. The management and maintenance (Tony) are just so nice and very very helpful!
