The location is incredible, right in the city center. So many restaurants, bars etc. Traffic noise was not an issue at all

Please review your development:

I absolutely loved living at The Point and would happily recommend it to anyone. All members of staff were incredibly helpful and kind. I would, however, like to specifically recognize Phil’s, Jordan’s, Brad’s and Stuart’s hard work and compassion towards me during my entire stay at The Point.

Please share one thing (or more) which you wish you had known before you moved in:

All the amenities are near by. Shops, restaurants & night clubs all are few steps away. Walking distance to my office which saves me extra money.

Please review your development:

This is one of the best place I have ever lived in my life. Security is 100%, Staff was really helpful. Rooms are nice and clean. No disturbance. Club room is my favourite place as I had few parties with my mates. Gym & Laundry room is big enough. All the facilities are under one roof for reasonable price.

Please share one thing (or more) which you wish you had known before you moved in:

I’d prefer to have a more space in the bathroom. But later I used it.

How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:

Very quickly and sort the issues without any questions

My dream accomodation

Review Date Oct 2023

It’s only really Good, its right in the heart of the city, so there is access to everything and as a student at university of aberdeen. I am able to get transportation to and fro from both the medical campus and old Aberdeen campus at a bus stop in front of the accomodation and just beside.

Please review your development:

The gym facility is amazing, for basic beginners its got everything you need.

The TV room is massive and accomodating and feels cinema like.

The study space is very homely and you will manage to get so much work done.

The lounge and garden room are very scenery pleasing, like if you just need a cup of tea and relaxation u got that

Please share one thing (or more) which you wish you had known before you moved in:

I wished I had known about the accomodation earlier, my previous one was torturing, I had no peace of mind and now I do

How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:

Responded very quickly and issue was fixed same day it was raised
