A beautiful place to live

Duet is a beautiful, modern building that is both aesthetically pleasing and really homely. There is plenty of space across the building to relax/meet with friends outside of your apartment. The facilities are brilliant and are all well worth the money. Surprise treats every so often really make the building feel homely. The staff are always on hand to help you out with anything and always have a cherry disposition.

Please tell us what you like and dislike about this area:

Duet is directly opposite both a tram & bus stop with great links to Manchester/other areas. It is a short walk to Media City which has a brilliant range of bars and restaurants. It is a great area to go for walks in. The area always feels safe and is perfectly quiet during the day and and night.

Please share one thing (or more) which you wish you had known before you moved in:

The staff really are brilliant and such a warm presence in the building, the communication is super simple when you have any sort of issue.

What is the best feature of your home:

The huge amounts of space/facilities available across the building for all needs

The Perfect Home for a Couple wanting a slice of Social Life yet Fancy Living.

The staff at Vox Apartments are first class, all genuine, and always willing to have a talk with you. All the minor problems which I have put forward have been dealt with such professionalism. Dan was super helpful with the moving in, he was always about for any questions we had. The same can be said with Lina, She’s always got the biggest smile on her face; nothing is too much trouble.

The Room me and my partner moved into is truly glorious, I love how thought out the apartment is. The design is impeccable, It really feels like we’re living like kings for the price. The bed is super comfy plus the space in the kitchen for storage and food is super impressive. But my favourite part, A BATH!!

Now the real winner of Life at Vox, The Facilities. The communal lounge on the 15th floor is wonderful, It displays a variety of different seats you can choose from with plenty of plugs. There’s free tea and coffee available for residents which is a big win if you work from home (The coffee could be better though) The views from the Lounge are outstanding, to be able to work with 360 views of the city. It really can’t get more perfect. You can head outside to the rooftop where you’ll see an awesome running track and a beautifully looked after garden, a surreal place to chill with some friends. I haven’t made use of the rooftop gym yet however it does look rather impressive. Each piece of equipment is brand spanking new with the option of watching Netflix or YouTube whilst working out.

There’s an awesome studio room which you can book out completely free of charge for Spin classes or even if you want to chill with a movie with your family or friends.
It’s only been 2 weeks since moving in, but we’re loving every minute.

Thanks, Vox Team

You really couldn’t get more perfect with the location, Its far enough from the city centre to avoid all the hustle and bustle noise yet still a short walk back in. If your lazy like me, there’s a tram station literally 2 minutes from your front door which connects to all routes in Manchester. I haven’t been out enough in Manchester just yet to recommend any local establishments. Oh, There’s a co-op on the ground floor for all you daily shoppers.

Please share one thing (or more) which you wish you had known before you moved in:

I would of loved abit more information regarding the studio room, I would of thought Netflix etc would of been already installed on the device. Really Minor though haha

How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:

Everyone has responded with amazing professionalism.

Almost everything is perfect, but I love The Trilogy

Overall I love Trilogy. I’m very happy here and have been ever since I moved here. The socials every Friday are an amazing thing which has helped me make friends which is something I was worried about when I moved here. The staff are so kind I consider them friends as well. The building itself is always clean, it’s modern and well furnished and I feel safe here with the security measures and 24/hr concierge. I LOVE the free coffee. Thank you for that. The fact the building is dog friendly is amazing because now my girlfriend and I have a place we can call home, stay for the long term and also get a dog to start a little family.
The only reason I didn’t give everything 5 stars is because of the lack of parking. That’s my only issue. I don’t understand why noun parking for the amount of apartments. If it’s a land issue or something then so be it, but it is the one annoyance I have as everyday I have to fight for a parking spot outside and sometimes I’m not lucky enough to find one nearby. I am on the waiting list for a parking spot so hopefully I’ll be able to get a spot soon.
Other than that I love the trilogy and intend to live here for many years to come.

Please tell us what you like and dislike about this area:

The tram station is a minute away which is a huge deal for me. Super easy to get around town because of that. We’re also in range of a lot of restaurants so deliveroo and Uber eats are awesome for us. So many choices. Overall we’re in a really great location.

Please share one thing (or more) which you wish you had known before you moved in:

The only thing is the lack of parking. I wish I knew about how long I’d have to wait to get parking and how there is barely enough parking spaces for the residents.

The Trilogy is the place to be!

Design of the building is lovely, reception and communal working space is great with a complimentary coffee machine as well as tea selection. Apartments are a lovely layout with high quality finishes throughout, I’ve been here 3 years and have friends in other buildings, The Trilogy is by far my favourite apartment layout and finish.

Without a doubt the best benefit of the Trilogy is the staff. Hannah and Gill as part of the daytime staff are fabulous, super attentive and always happy to chat and help with anything needed, they are so friendly and are constantly running events and coming up with new ideas to ensure the residents are happy.

Funmi is part of the night staff and she’s one of the most genuine and caring people I’ve ever met. She really cares about everyone in the building, literally couldn’t ask for a better member of staff in the building to help you feel safe and also have a chat with – amazing!

Please tell us what you like and dislike about this area:

Good access to local transport, nearby restaurants and walking distances to gymnasiums as well as shops. Cornbrook station, co op and Tesco are all within 3 minute walking distance.

Please share one thing (or more) which you wish you had known before you moved in:

No tips really, come and check The Trilogy out and see for yourself, best in Manchester

How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:

They always solve any problems promptly and in a friendly manner, always been as helpful as they possibly can in the 3 years I’ve been here.

After even a day this place felt like home, we just knew it was right.

I love this development. After even a day this place felt like home, we just knew it was right.

The flats are designed with neutral simplicity that just suits everyone. Everything looks and feels high quality. If I was being super picky some blackout blinds would have been great, but I will live happily without.

The communal spaces are the same, they are maintained and looked after well evidently and I have absolutely loved being able to escape up to the roof top lounge. It’s a real treat to have in the building and honestly what tipped me over the edge to choose here.

The staff working in the building are fantastic, so friendly and will do everything in their means to help you out. I have never had enquiries dealt with so efficiently in any place I’ve rented before. And the little extras they do make you feel valued as a tentant, a little pot of gold (chocolate coins) really brightened up my St. Patrick’s Day.

I don’t regret a thing choosing Vox.

Please tell us what you like and dislike about this area:

Placed literally next to Cornbrook tram stop (but don’t worry, you definitely can’t hear it!), Vox is in a perfect spot for getting around the whole city.

There’s not really restaurants or bars but a very short walk and you’ve got plenty of choice in Castlefield so I cannot complain about this.

A Co-op is opening literally attached to the building so will be able to get any essentials I need and a bigger supermarket and retail are only 15min on foot.

Please share one thing (or more) which you wish you had known before you moved in:

That the mirrors in the bathroom were anti fog. This was probably the only thing I didn’t know! And it’s great!

What is the best feature of your home:

The lack of stress. I feel like I don’t have to worry about anything to do with my living at home. My parcels are stored. There’s staff on reception 24/7 to deal with any issue. The building is totally secure. And if I want to escape my flat for a bit I only have to take the lift up to the top floor, can even keep my slippers on.
